小型蘑菇定向切片机设计的设计

摘要:本设计根据当前社会的需要,自行设计了小型蘑菇定向切片机。介绍了小型蘑菇定向切片机的国内外研究情况和研究意义。此小型蘑菇定向切片机装置简单,由原动机,传动系,切片装置和机架构成,设计计算了各主要部件所需参数并进行了校修,完成了装备图及各主要零件的图纸设计,进行了总结。其特点是,结构简单、部件紧凑、动力消耗少、切片效率高。整体结构紧凑,采购简单,操作和维修简便,装料卸料容易。切片的厚度均匀,不因卷曲而开裂,切片的大小一致,不中间折断可根据需要换刀。

Abstract: The design according to current social need, it is designed the small mushroom machine. Introducing the small directional slice mushroom machine at home and abroad ,and the research situation of the research significance. This small directional slice mushroom machine simple device, the prime mover, the transmission, slice device and frame structure, design and calculation, the major parts required parameters and the school, pletion of the equipment and the main parts of the graph drawing design, are characteristic is,which has the advantages of simple structure, compact, low power consumption, parts of sections of high efficiency. The whole structure pact, simple operation and convenient application, easy repair, loading unloading. The slicing thickness uniform, not because of curly and cracking, sections of the same size, do not break off according to the needs of changing knife.
