机车盘形制动方案设计与分析
摘要
由于高速公路运输、航空运输的飞速发展,铁路运输遇到前所未有的竞争,“高速重载”势在必行,提高机车速度和功率,就必须要有配套精良的制动系统。传统的踏面制动技术已经难以达到设计要求,交流牵引电动机的应用带来的更大空间,这些都使机车采用盘形制动技术成为必要和可能。正是在这一背景下,本文从制动的基本概念说起,介绍了制动力、制动方式、制动距离,然后详细介绍了盘形制动的特点、优缺点以及盘形制动技术的应用,接着介绍了国内外盘形制动的的新技术,最后按牵引电动机的驱动型式分类,对几种类型的转向架,进行了盘形制动技术的方案设计和分析。
盘形制动做为现在世界各国高速列车普遍使用的制动方式,也是今后我国列车制动技术的发展方向之一。我国尚未开发出具有自主产权的带盘形制动的交流传动电力机车,这是一个重要而且迫切问题,需要进一步研究。本文是在目前我国普遍采用的驱动装置的基础上,对采用盘形制动技术进行的变形设计与分析,方案各有特点和不足。

The stepping on face of tradition applies the brake the technology being hard to achieve the design requirement , and exchanges towing the bigger space that the application of electromotor brought , and these all make the otive use the dish structure to move the technology to e necessary with maybe . Being under this background , this text is from the basic concept theory of brake , introduced brake power , brake method and braking distance . Then it detailedly introduced coils structure, the characteristic , the most excellent ing as well as coils the application that the structure moved the technology .Then it introduced the new technology at home and abroad . the drive mould type finally classify according to tows the electromotor .For a few bogie of kind mould , it designed and analyzed the structure movement and the scheme of technology.
