摘要
中美两国作为亚太地区最大的发展中国家和最发达国家,两国的双边贸易不仅是自身经济增长的重要动力,同时对世界经济也具有重大影响。在这两个最大的贸易伙伴国的双边贸易中,既不能忽视以资源禀赋理论为基础的比较优势理论所揭示的产业间贸易的竞争格局,也不能不关注产业内贸易规模的扩大将成为两国贸易增进的主要趋势。从贸易大国向贸易强国转变是中国新时期贸易发展的宏伟目标,中国与美国的产业内贸易结构在一定程度上反映了我国贸易结构所处的层次、竞争力状况以及同发达国家国际分工中的地位。本文正是基于这样的出发点来构思这篇论文的。
本研究从结构上可以归结为四部分:第一部分是绪论及理论部分,提出了本文的研究目的、方法和研究思路,综述了前人的研究成果,并对现有的产业内贸易相关理论进行了总结。第二部分是实证部分,对中美贸易发展现状进行分析。阐述中美双边贸易的特点和发展趋势,找出了中美贸易结构存在的问题。第三部分,分析影响中美产业内贸易关系的因素。第四部分,结合中美产业内贸易的发展现状和影响发展现状的因素,有针对的对促进中美产业内贸易发展提出建议。

Abstract
The two-way trade between China and USA, which are the largest deve-loping country in the the Asian-Pacific region and the most developed coun-try,not only promote their own economy growth, but also have a significant impact on the world economy. Between the two-way trade of the two large-st trade partner in the world, we should neither ignore parative adv-antage theory based on resources endowment theory reveales the industry tra-petition,nor not to pay attention that the expansion of industry inner trade will e the major trend of improving the two-way the transmission from a big trader to trade power is the grand goal of tra-de development in China’s new and USA are each other's larg-est trading partner,.Intra-industry trad structure of China and USA, to a cert-ain extent, reflectes in the level ,competitiveness of our trade structure and the position of the international division of labor. This essay are based on this starting point to design.
This research could be arttributed four parts. First,the introduction and the t-heory. The purpose of the study is the researc
