基于质量屋模型的供应链金融融资
信用评价

【摘要】在如今的供应链金融业务中,如何更加主动地掌握信息,批量识别优质小企业客户群体,是银行面临的机遇与挑战。为
帮助银行作出合理的信贷决策,本文从核心企业入手,首先抓住供应链中的“信息流”。其次,基于能够实现“银行驱动
的信用需求”。并由此给出各评价指标的重要度及排序,进而根据得到
的中小企业融资信用评价决定是否贷款、贷款额度等。最后提出了以下有关银行信用管理的对策与建议:积极应对互
联网金融,通过核心企业掌握其上下游信息,批量识别并评估中小企业;逐步加强信用文化建设,营造全民信用常态,
从根本上解决信用问题:各银行之间求同存异,根据自身的特点走差异化发展道路。

Abstract:Today S supply chain financing business has brought both opportunities and challenges for banks in grasping information
more proaetively and identifying a batch of superior small and medium enterprises (SMEs)。In order to assist bankers in
making appropriate credit decisions,starting from core enterprises and seizing the”Inform ation How”in supply chain,a
new credit evaluation model based on House of Quality (noQ)has been ~tool in industry is introduced to
deal with credit evaluation problem in finance,through calculating the importance of each index,and consequently the se—
quence of SMEs is ,some suggestions for bank credit risk management are put forward,including respond—
ing to finance positively and getting hold of inform ation from upstream and downstream of core enterprises to iden—
tify and evaluate SMEs,enhancing the construction of credit culture continuously to build the national normal credit state,
which can solve the problem fundamentally,and mon ground while putting aside differences among banks,ac—
cording to the characteristics of their differentiation development roads.
