摘要
随着企业信息化的普及和发展,在各企事业单位中计算机的应用越来越广泛。通过信息化建设来提高企业的竞争力已成为大多数中小企业的共识。而在现有设施的基础上,建立企业内部的局域网并连接互联网,正是实现企业信息化管理的前提和基本条件。
信息化能够有效肩上重复劳动并能加强协作,从而提高工作效率,增加企业效益。在现有中小企业中,普遍存在正信息基础薄弱、技术人员匮乏等特点,使得他们不能有效地将自身的传统业务与信息系统很好的结合起来,不能崇恩发挥信息化带来的优势。
通常企业的办公网络主要是为了方便企业内部发布信息与交流,实现企业内部资源的共享,达到降低企业运营成本、提高企业运作效率的目的。
现今的人类社会已经进入到了网络与信息的社会,的迅速发展和广泛应用,越来越多的人们用网络来进行业务联系、商业服务和信息交流。是一个由众多小的局域网共同组成的遍布世界各个角落的复杂庞大的数据网络。它安全、平稳的运作有赖于各种各样的网络服务器提供诸如Web网页浏览、FTP文件传输、E-MAIL收发、NEWS讨论、Exchange在线讨论服务、域名解析、动态分配IP地址等网络服务。
