摘要
改革开放以来,我国中小企业发展迅猛,已成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分,特别是在解决就业和拉动经济增长方面具有不可低估的作用。有关统计材料表明,我国非国有中小企业的数量目前已经超过了1200万家,占全部注册企业数的99%,几乎涵盖了生产、服务领域的各个行业,工业总产值和利税分辨占到了70%和45%,提供新增就业机会占80%以上。中小企业在扩大就业、活跃市场、促进社会稳定和国民经济结构布局等方面起着难以替代的作用。然而,中小企业在发展的同时又深受资金短缺的困扰,融资难成为制约中小企业发展的一个重要因素,对其进行系统的研究具有重大的理论和现实意义。这篇论文以中小企业的融资难及治理对策分析为研究对象,并以此为出发点,以企业融资理论为依据,结合我国中小企业的实际特点,系统地分析了我国中小企业融资中存在的问题,深入探讨了中小企业融资难的原因;通过国际经验与我国中小企业的实际结合,对解决我国中小企业融资难的问题进行建议,强调通过金融性和非金融性的多重机制,从企业、银行、政府三方面改善中小企业融资难的状况,提出相应的解决措施和方案,切实以促进中小企业的发展,从而带动我国国民经济健康、持续发展,实现“和谐社会”的总体目标。

ABSTRCT
