该建筑在郑州市,共6层, ,总建筑面积是7254㎡。第三层为KTV歌舞厅,。四、五层是做为了客房,。在本次设计上侧重于中央空调系统设计,没有考虑冬季制热部分。设计书对中央空调系统做了一些初步的介绍,从实际情况出发,对本工程的设计各个步骤做了详细的介绍。这其中有冷负荷的计算,以及风量的计算,风管和水管的选择,根据实际情况对新风机组和风机盘管进行选用,里面包括详细的计算,通过完整严谨的计算确定了风机盘管系统的选用和独立新风系统的选用。而且这其中的重点是冷负荷的计算,风量的计算,以及水管和风管的选择,由于这些参数会严重影响到此次设计的最终效果所以这些是重点
