酿酒监控系统的设计与实现

摘要:本文介绍一种基于AT89S52单片机并采用数字化技术的集温度、湿度、光照、酒精浓度检测、控制于一体,应用于酿酒房的控制系统。该系统利用DHT11温湿度测量模块测量温度和湿度,并能手动设置温度、湿度范围上下限并进行保存,使酿酒房的各种状态都能处于良好的状态。采用本系统对酿酒房内的温湿度、光照强度以及酒精浓度进行测控,能有效保证在酿酒过程中对温湿度变化以及酒精浓度的工艺要求,提高所酿造的酒的质量。该控制系统结构简单,操作方便,测控精度高,可推广应用于其他温湿度控制场合。

Abstract : This paper introduces a kind of based on digital technology and using AT89S52 SCM set temperature, humidity, light, alcohol concentration measurement, control at anic whole, applied to wine room control system. The system USES DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor module of measurement temperature and humidity, and can manually set temperature, humidity and save upper range, the various states are brewing room can in good shape. Using this system of liquor-making room of temperature and humidity, light intensity and alcohol concentrations, can effectively ensure control of temperature and humidity in the brewing process changes and alcohol concentration process requirement, improve the quality of the wine is brewed. The control system of simple structure, easy operation, high precision, and can control temperature and humidity control applied on other occasion.
