基于JavaWeb的新世纪酒店管理系统
【摘要】21世纪是网络时代,是计算机处理信息业务的时代,信息技术和计算机飞速发展,信息化、网络化的现代化工作模式替代了传统的工作模式,各行各业都开始转向信息化管理,在酒店管理业务方面也是如此。以往的酒店管理令管理者花大量的人力和物力满足繁琐的经营业务的需要,例如手工登记顾客信息和手工结账手续、手工管理客房状态或者客房的信息、列表统计顾客的消费情况、花大量时间统计酒店运营情况等等。这种工作模式工作效率低下,且容易出现错误和遗漏,大量的数据处理极容易出现数据错误,造成严重的损失,给酒店经营状况带来负面影响。
正是在这样的背景下,加上新的信息化管理模式,新的酒店管理方式应运而生,采用先进的计算机和软件技术来管理酒店业务。通过计算机和软件对酒店实现一体化管理,即从客户消费的整个过程中利用计算机简化各种操作,这样可以提高服务质量,增加回头率。各行各业都在发展信息化业务,信息化并不是酒店走向成功的关键因素,但是它帮助酒店成长,真正的影响了酒店管理的运营模式,在这方面发挥了重大作用。
基于以上理念采用Java语言开发,采用B/S结构的Web应用系统,这样可使软件结构清晰,开发速度更快。同时运用Struts2+Hibernate+Spring三大框架技术完成,并且加上jQuery、AJAX、datatables、EasyUI技术支持,服务器采用Tomcat,数据库采用MySQL,,浏览器采用FireFox、IE9。总体使用MVC架构,实现了房间类型的管理,客房管理,订房管理,接待管理,收银管理,以及员工管理,营业额统计,数据库维护等功能。

【Abstract】Twenty-first Century is work age in puters deal with information business. Information puter technology develop so fast that the modern work pattern of informatization working replaced the traditional work mode .All of the business is beginning to turn to information management, so it is in the hotel management business .Hotel Management in the past makes managers spend a lot of manpower and material resources to meet plex business needs .In the past, people are always by hand to register customer information, settle accounts ,manage rooms condition or information and count customer’s consumption list by chart and so on .This work mode make low work efficiency , errors and omissions .Also it can cause a large amount of data errors so that it brings the negative influence to the hotel operating conditions and series losses.
