PartⅠ: 就近原则
There be结构的主语是be动词后面的名词,当主语是并列的几个名词时,be的单复数应当和它最近的名词的数保持一致.

there be强调某地存在某物
have /has强调某人拥有某物
eg : There is a new bike,
but I have no enough money to
buy it.
