设计总说明书
目前我国制浆造纸工业所面临的急需解决的问题是浆料不足,大量浆料需要从国外进口,由此导致我国浆纸市场严重受制于其他国家。兴建大型木浆厂不仅可以缓解我国纸浆市场供不应求的现象,也可以使我国在浆纸行业中逐步摆脱受制于其他国家的局面。
本设计选题为50万吨/年漂白阔叶木浆制浆车间工艺设计。通过对阔叶木浆制浆工艺流程的设计,并在此基础上进行车间布置。研究阔叶木浆的目的是为了在满足生产要求的基础上改进工艺流程,尽量减少纤维原料及化学药品的浪费,减少能耗,降低生产成本,并尽量考虑减少环境污染影响,提高经济效益。
流程设计主要做了以下工作:首先确定了阔叶木浆的生产工艺流程,,画出方框流程图,并根据流程进行了浆水平衡计算,再在前面两者的基础上进行设备选型,然后根据工艺流程和设备选型进行布置,画出方框流程图,并附有设备外型流程图。最后进行工厂设计,并画出车间平面布置图。

Instruction of Design
At present, the domestic industry of pulping and papermaking encounters a deficiency of stuff which needs to be relieved immediately. The domestic market for pulping and papermaking is now under the control of that abroad as a large quantity of stuff relies on import. Therefore, it will not only relieve our country of the situation that the supply of stuff is falling short of demand but also take the domestic industry of pulping and papermaking out of the control of that abroad to build maga-pulp mills.
The design of topics for the 1500000T /y bleached bleached hardwood pulp pulp plant process design.
