小微企业融资现状及发展研究
摘要
对发达国家和发展中国家而言,小微企业的发展不仅可以增进经济的发展,在社会的安定和谐发展方面也有着重要的作用。从现有的小微企业总数来看,不论是在对GDP做出的贡献,还是在促进就业缓解就业问题和社会安定方面都是不可替代的。但小微企业在生产运行中能得到的金融资源却仍很匮乏。因此本文力图在小微企业融资难这一问题上展开论述进行分析找出解决方法。首先,先确定了目前对于小微企业和企业融资等的概念界定,并探讨了目前状态下小微企业的融资方式,引出小微企业融资难的问题,并分析产生的原因。然后选取建设银行针对小微企业的金融产品结合实际案例进行分析,阐述小微企业借助融资产品解决了小微企业的生存危机。本文最后按照分析的相关原因和实际案例做基础,对解决小微企业融资难提出了若干解决办法。

ABSTRACT
For both developed and developing countries, the development of small and micro enterprises in economic development is not only in terms of social stability has an important role. From the total number of existing small and micro enterprises are concerned, both in the contribution to GDP, or in the promotion of employment and employment issues to alleviate social stability are irreplaceable. But the financial resources to small and micro enterprises in the business activities can get is scarce. Therefore, in this paper seeks to expand financing difficulties of small and micro businesses find solutions to analyze discourse on this issue. Then select the Construction Bank for small and micro enterprises financial bined with practical case analysis to explain the financing of small and micro enterprises with products to solve the crisis of survival of small and micro enterpri
