本系列水箱为上海辉旗不锈钢SUS304材质制品;具有极高的耐腐蚀性,不锈钢水箱体采用凸面模板拼装焊接,可根据现场的结构,不同的尺寸要求,不同的吨位要求进行灵活组装,耗材较少,结构强度较高,无需大型吊装设备,运输方便;

水箱在使用前核对设计图纸,尺寸、箱体开孔位置与设计图相符;

安装前将基础梁垫水平,水箱底部平面必须固定在同一水平面上,不可擅自移动水箱位置或方向;槽钢支架应用螺丝或水泥固定,放置位置靠近墙体,需另设防护网,以防支架锈蚀或大风导致意外;

不锈钢方形水箱基础要求:砼基础几何尺寸应按GB02S101有关规定制定;砼基础平面高低差<5mm;砼基础的尺寸应根据水箱的大小保持一致,相邻两条基础的中心距离≤800mm,单条砼基础的宽度>200mm;
