杂木输送机的设计
摘要
杂木输送机是木材输送的一种最基本的设备,在木材再利用中具有十分重要的作用。本文根据输送机的发展,简单地阐述了它的研究现状;通过输送机的类型和改进式详细地介绍了其输送杂木的发展状况;分析了输送机目前存在的问题,针对这些问题,提出了其未来的发展趋势;最后对杂木输送机设计进行了总结。
本次设计是采用带式输送机的输送原理,通过选择合适的电机、减速器等设备来保证输送机连续、平稳的将木片输送给削片机使得削片机的能够稳定的进行木片的切削,使得削片机的工作效率有较大的提高。

Abstract
Miscellaneous wood conveyor is lumber transporting one of the most basic equipment, in wood recycling plays a very important role. In this paper, according to the development of theconveyor, simply expounds its research status; Through the conveyor type and improve thetype were introduced in detail its transportation development of miscellaneous wood; Analyses the present problems of the conveyor, to solve these problems, put forward the development trend of the future; Are summarized and the miscellaneous wood conveyor design idea, and its development with good wishes.
The design is the use of conveying principle of belt conveyor, by selecting the appropriate motor, reducer and other equipment to ensure the effective, smooth conveyor chips conveying to the chipper chipper can make stable for wood cutting, so that the chipper work efficiency is greatly improved.
