烟气烟碱量与烟碱转移率的关系
摘要:通过分析烟丝烟碱及卷烟烟气烟碱量,计算烟碱转移率,研究了烟碱转移率与烟气烟碱量的关系。结果表明,烟气烟碱量除了与烟丝烟碱含量有关外,与烟碱转移率也有密切关系;在烟丝烟碱含量一定时,烟气烟碱量与烟碱转移率呈正相关关系。

Relationship Between the Content of Smoke Nicotine and Nicotine Transfer Rate

Abstract: By analyzing the nicotine content in cut o and cigarette smoke, the nicotine transfer rate was calculated, and the relationship between nicotine transfer rate and smoke nicotine content was studied. The results showed that the amount of smoke nicotine had relation not only to the nicotine content in cut o, but also closely to the nicotine transfer rate. When the nicotine content in cut o was constant, there was a negative correlation between smoke nicotine content and nicotine transfer rate.

烟气烟碱量是卷烟烟气的重要指标,与卷烟的劲头等风格特征和消费者对生理强度的要求密切相关[1]。烟气烟碱是形成卷烟劲头的重要物质,有研究结果表明,烟丝及烟气中的总烟碱是影响卷烟劲头的主要因素[2,3];但也有研究结果表明,卷烟劲头与烟气中烟碱的形态有关,游离态烟碱对劲头的影响更大[4-7],因此,国内外均十分关注烟草及烟气中烟碱形态的研究[8]。卷烟在抽吸时,只有一部分烟碱从烟丝转移到主流烟气中形成烟气烟碱,因此,烟气烟碱量不仅与配方烟丝的烟碱含量有关,也会受烟碱向烟气中的转移率的影响。基于上述考虑,选用若干种不同的烤烟烟叶来研究烟碱转移率与烟气烟碱量的关系。
