设计还详细介绍了三菱公司的PLC的组成和技术指标,以及它的输入、输出接口的功能和分类,设计设计是基于三菱FX系列PLC控制混凝土搅拌机的运行。文中分析了其工艺过程,在明确控制要求以后对其进行了硬件及软件的设计,并详细分析了其控制过程、工艺流程、梯形图。

The design content is the mixer PLC electricity control design. Mixer regardless of is all is playing in the modern industry perhaps in the agricultural development the extremely vital role. PLC has the reliability high, the function consummates, the programming simply and so on the characteristics since the people PLC relates with the mixer after, the mixer can automatically work, from feeds to leaves the material all not to need human’s participation, thus reduced human’s labor , reduced the possibility which the personnel is poisoned, therefore the PLC control mixer application prospect is extremely widespread.
The paper also in detail introduced MTFG FX the series position and the technical specification, as well as its input, the output connection function and the classification, the paper design was control mixer transports in the issue document based on MTFG FX the series PLC to analyze its technological process, will be being clear about its control request later to carry on the hardware and the software design to it, and introduced in detail its control plan, according to the design request and the characteristic, determined PLC the input, the output assignment ,and multianalysis its controlled process, flow chart, trapezoidal chart.
