硬膜外麻醉妇科手术患者丙泊酚与右美托咪定的镇静效果评价
[摘要] 目的对妇科手术患者采用丙泊酚与右美托咪定进行硬膜外麻醉的镇静效果进行探讨和分析。方法随机从该院妇科门诊于2012年9月―2015年4月收治的手术患者中抽取96例进行研究,均行硬膜外麻醉,并随机分成A组(48例,行丙泊酚麻醉)和B组(48例,行右美托咪定麻醉),比较两组患者的镇静评分和不良情况的发生情况。结果经比较,两组患者的HR和MVP在术中和术后的水平均显著优于术前,两组患者术中和术后的镇静评分均高于给药前,%,%,差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论妇科手术患者采用右美托咪定进行硬膜外麻醉的效果显著优于丙泊酚,适合临床推广。
