职业院校现代学徒制实践研究
摘要现代学徒制是高职院校内涵建设中的重要方面之一,现代学徒制的实现需要学校和企业相结合。学校负责学生的专业基础学****和专业技能基础训练,企业是学生上岗操作的重要平台,两者缺一不可。在具体实践研究过程中,结合电气及自动化系的专业建设,着重围绕现代学徒制进一步研究学校人才培养方案和校企合作对技能人才培养的重要性,在双重特点要求下,培养符合企业岗位需要的技能人才。

Abstract Modern apprentice system is one of the important aspects of the connotation construction in higher vocational colleges. The realization of modern apprenticeship needs bination of school and enterprise. The school is responsible for students' professional basic learning and professional skills training, enterprise is an important platform for the operation of the students, both of which are the process of concrete practice, combined with the specialty construction of electrical and automation system, with emphasis on the modern apprenticeship further study school personnel training scheme and school enterprise cooperation on skilled personnel training important under the dual characteristics and req
uirements of training in line with corporate jobs that require skilled personnel.

职业院校现代学徒制下培养的学生需要与现代行业企业生产紧密对接,才能实现技能人才的成长。在当前推动职业院校深化内涵建设的关键时期,全面实施职业院校素质教育,提高技术能力和培养职业精神成为构建现代职业教育的重要环节,为了实现这一目标,现代学徒制的实践过程及经验积累成为各个职业院校关注的焦点。
