本课程设计任务是乙醇——水预热器的设计。是利用塔釜液对原料液进行加温。
设计数据及条件
生产能力:年处理乙醇—水混合液6000t(开工率300天/a,24h/d);
原料:乙醇含量为50%(质量)的常温25~35℃液体;

(1)设计说明书一份;阐明设计特点,列出主要技术数据,对有关工艺流程和设备选型做出技术上和经济上的论证和平价。应按设计程序列出计算公式和计算结果;对所得物性数据很实用的经验公式图表应注明来历。
(2)预热器的装配图一张(A1图纸)。
