论大学英语课堂生态的建构前提——教师角色的转变

摘要:在大学英语课堂生态系统中,教师是主导,学生是主体。教师的角色不再是以往的控制者,而是组织者、协调者、引导者和合作者。教师应该努力营造一个平等和谐的教学氛围,为学生创造宽松自主的学习环境,并致力于学生自主学习能力的培养。这样才能构建一个——在遵循生态发展目标基础上——适应时代发展的大学英语生态课堂。

The Prerequisite of the Construction of College English Class Ecology---The Transition of Teachers’ roles
Abstract: In the college English class ecology, the teachers are playing a leading role and the students are the mainstay. The teachers are no longer acting as controllers, anizers, coordinators, guides and cooperators. The teachers should try to create a harmonious teaching and learning atmosphere on an equal footing. Only in this way can the students enjoy a free and autonomous circumstance, which facilitates the cultivation of students’ autonomic learning abilities. Therefore, a harmonious college English class ecology, which is in accordance to the objectives of ecological development and the development of the times, is to be established.

随着大学英语教学改革的不断深入和现代教育技术的引入,大学英语教学逐渐由传统讲授型“教本”教学模式(以教师为中心)转向“生本”教育模式(以学生为主体),即教师在课堂的引导作用与学生的有机实践相结合,充分发挥学生的主动性,兼顾教师和学生双方的能动性。同时,借助现代教育技术,将课堂内外相结合,提高学生的学习能力和教学效果。大学英语课堂生态应该是一个尊崇自然、自主发展、和谐共处、可持续发展的课堂环境。
