什么是配位化合物
由一个中心元素(原子或离子)和几个配位体(阴离子或分子)以配位键相结合形成的复杂离子(或分子)称“配合单元”,带有电荷的配合单元称“配离子”。凡是由配合单元组成的化合物叫“配位化合物(pound)”,简称“配合物”, 它与生物体和医学的关系十分密切。生物体中许多必需的金属元素都是以配合物形式存在的,如维生素B12、血红素、叶绿素等,它们调节着生物体的正常生理活动。某些药物,有的本身就是配合物,如硝普钠等;有的在体内形成配合物发挥其作用,如依地酸钙等。
配合物的组成
内层(配离子),外层,配位键,离子键中心原子,配位原子,配体数,配离子电荷数,内层和外层,配离子是配合物的特征部分,由中心原子(离子)和配体组成,称为配合物的内层(inner sphere)。通常把内层写在方括号之内,配合物中
