北京市护理高等职业教育《护理学基础》课程实践内容设计的研究 The higher vocational education nursing the nursing course content and design practice 作者:卞燕首都医科大学 责任作者:吴萍首都医科大学 [摘要] 目的:通过调查分析,找出适宜北京卫生人才需求的护理高等职业教育《护理学基础》课程实践内容的设计,为护理教育决策层提供护理高等职业教育课程设置相关的信息资料。 方法:使用自行设计的调查问卷,对北京市4所开展护理高等职业教育院校的219名应届毕业生进行调查。 结果:《护理学基础》实践教学基本能满足岗位需求。部分内容的实践学时需要进行调整。 结论:《护理学基础》实践教学能满足岗位需求,但仍需合理化的调整,主要为:①根据课程内容体系设计原则,选取临床护理岗位普遍使用的,符合先进性理念的实践项目。②按护理工作任务对实训项目进行内容的分类与组织。只有教师对课程内容的精心设计,理论、实训课时比例合理,从而增强课程内容的实效性,才能做到“理论够用、技能实用”。 [Abstract] Objective:Through the investigation and analysis,and find out the suitable for Beijing health care personnel demand higher vocational education of the nursing course basis of practice of the contents of the design,for nursing education management team of higher vocational education to provide care curriculum related information. Methods:Use the self-developed questionnaire,to the Beijing 4 in higher vocational education college of nursing 219 graduates in the investigation. Result:The nursing basis practice teaching basic can satisfy the position requirements. Part of the content of the practice class hours need to carry on the adjustment .
