摘要目的研究辣椒碱 Niosomes 泡囊的处方设计及制备工艺。方法采用注入法制备辣椒碱
Niosomes 泡囊,以包封率为评价指标,评价不同组成材料制备的辣椒碱 Niosomes 泡囊。结果得到九
种辣椒碱 Niosomes 泡囊处方,其平均包封率均≥75%,平均粒径均≤10um,粒径分布均为 5~30um。结
论本试验筛选得到九种包封率较高,粒径大小理想的辣椒碱 Niosomes 泡囊处方,为进一步的研究奠定
了基础。

Study on formulation and preparation of capsaicin niosomes

ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To screen the optimal formulations and preparation of capsaicin
niosomes. METHODS capsaicin niosomes were prepared by injection method. Niosomes and
unloaded capsaicin were separated by dialysis. Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to
determine the entrapment efficiency of capsaicin niosomes. The optimal formulations were
acquired by the evaluation of the encapsulation efficiencies. Different materials were used during
preparation in order to select the best formulations. RESULTS The entrapment efficiency of
the optimized formulations were ≥75%. The mean sizes were≤10um with the size distribution of
5~30um. CONCLUSION The entrapment efficiency and particle size of the optimized
formulations are satisfactory. They were valuable to be further studied.
