不同龋敏感儿童口腔变异链球菌临床分离株与关系的实验研究摘要InfusionBm)目的:龋病是一种严重危害人类身体健康的最常见的口腔疾病,乳牙龋是儿童口腔中的常见病和多发病,本研究在前期实验的基础上,对不同龋敏感儿童口腔变异链球菌临床分离株和蛋白质的表达情况进行探讨,分析不同致龋性菌株表达的差异,获得乳牙龋坏程度和的关系,为完善龋危险性预测方法提供有力的理论和实验依据。方法:以前期实验获得的具有不同基因核型的高龋,龋失补指数,琩⒅腥#,无龋,共瓯湟炝辞蚓醒∪∑渲其中高龋组株,中龋组株,无龋组株J笛榫辏怨时曜季瓯湟炝辞蚓甿血清型为阳性对照,于轻唾琼脂平板复苏,涂片检查为纯培养后,取典型菌落接种于牛心脑浸液37C(80N210H210C02)24hPCR(reversePCR,RT-PCR)RNA1RNAcDNAcDNAPCR2ODL500为分子量参照标准,凝胶成像系统下观察记录结果,将所得的目的基因及内参的电泳图像利用凝胶定量分析软件甈进行灰度扫描,分析计算基因相对琭HearttranscriptionDNA
