建筑工程项目的成本管理与控制
摘要
近几年来,建筑市场竞争越来越激烈,在这种形式下,项目的利润空间越来越小。因此,如何加强项目部的成本控制,有效降低工程成本,提高企业的经济效益,已成为企业目前非常紧迫的任务。然而,由于长期计划经济的消极惯性作用以及企业的先天性不足等因素,我国建筑施工企业在工程项目成本管理方面还处于一种初级、粗放、经验型管理的层次上,还存在成本管理定位不清、成本职责不明、成本管理程序等诸多问题。据统计,我国建筑业一直是微利行业,大部分企业存在亏损,与国外成熟建筑业市场相比,有较大的差距。那么,如何加强管理、降低成本、提高效益已成为摆在建筑施工企业面前的紧迫课题。
根据甲方的要求及其提供的相关资料,通过招投标过其他方式呈报工程造价,通过评标、定标,由业主或其委托的咨询机构确定中标单位,并与其签订合同价格,最终确定工程造价。随着施工技术的发展和新材料的不断更新,人们越来越关注在保证质量的前提下,如何控制装饰工程的成本,降低工程成本,提高装饰公司的利润空间。
为了适应市场变化,在激烈的竞争中生存,除了全面提高素质,建筑装饰企业还必须做好成本控制工作。长期经营积累的经验和生存的渴望都要求建筑装饰企业加强成本控制。通过成本控制,建筑装饰企业可以达到降低可比产品的经营成本,控制生产经营成本总水平,实现有效控制企业的生产经营的目的。

In recent years, the construction market is ing more and petitive, regarding the situation, the profit ratio will be smaller and smaller. Therefore strengthening the control of project cost, reducing the cost effectively and improving the economic benefit has e an urgent task for the enterprises. However, due to the negative effect of long-term economic plan and the inherent deficiency of the enterprises, project cost management is still in a primary, extensive experience management level in Chinese construction enterprises, there are still unclear in cost management, responsibility, procedure and so on. Through the statistic, construction industry is always a low profit one in China, most of enterprises are in a deficit state, comparing with foreign mature architectural market, there are a big gap. So, it is an urgent class how to strengthen management, reduce cost and improve beneficial results in building corporation.
