磨床砂轮的不平衡量是影响磨削精度的主要因素之一,随着对磨床磨削精度的要求越来越高,解决砂轮的不平衡问题也日显迫切。
本文以开发砂轮在线动平衡系统为目的,对不平衡信号的测量、自动平衡装置以及自动平衡策略展开研究,主要分为以下几个方面:
总结砂轮在线动平衡技术的研究现状的发展趋势,阐述了本文的研究意义;研究了动平衡的在线动平衡原理和基础理论;设计了信号处理流程,介绍了振动信号的采样及数字处理,研究了不平衡量的控制算法;该系统以89C51单片机为核心,通过检测砂轮旋转时不平衡量引起的振动信号并进行数据处理,以确定不平衡量的大小,然后控制跟随砂轮高速旋转的平衡头内的双永磁直流电机以对不平衡量进行补偿,并设计相应的软件。
通过本文的研究,构架了砂轮在线动平衡系统的框架,具有硬件电路简单,倍频采样精度高,跟踪速度快的优点,实现了系统的基本功能,为进一步研究砂轮动平衡技术打下了良好的基础。

By this research, online move the wheel out of the framework of a hardware circuit simple, and times of the sampling frequency high precision, tracking speed and fulfilled the system of the basic function, for further study before the technology we have still a good foundation.
