年产12万吨12°P啤酒糖化车间的设计
摘要
本生产设计的内容是一个年产12万吨12°P淡色啤酒的啤酒工厂糖化车间的设计。设计的目的是掌握啤酒糖化的一般设计步骤和啤酒酿造技术。
在查阅了大量生产啤酒工艺资料及相关参考文献后,比较啤酒糖化多种生产工艺,综合考虑多种因素,选择了较为先进的生产工艺,设计了符合生产实际需求的工艺流程,进行了车间物料衡算,车间热量衡算和车间给排水计算,进行了设备选型计算。
绘制了车间带控制点的工艺流程图一张,糖化车间设备布置图两张及全厂总平面布置图一张,另附上一张主设备糖化锅的结构图。

Abstract
The production design content is with an annual output of one hundred and eighty thousand tons of twelve degrees ale beer harification and the design of the factory workshop. The purpose of the design is master of the general design steps harifying beer and beer brewing technology.
Production of beer material and related reference data is looked up, compared to various production process about beer harification various production process, considered many factors,It is chosen that the more advanced production technology and design with the actual needs of the production process flow. The workshop is material balance,workshop heat balance calculations and workshop water supply and putation
