我国物流发展现状与降低物流成本的有效途径研究--毕业论文.doc

摘要
目前,我的研究方面还处在起步阶段,对物流成本的研究更是贫乏。为此,结合我国国情,本文对我国物流成本管理的现状和趋势进行了分析,总结出了降低物流成本的几种途径及管理方法。通过层次分析法,结合5S现场管理模式和物流方面的相关理论知识,对某中外合资制造企业的生产能力、库存、产品生产流通过程进行分析和研究,找到部分环节中存在的问题,提出了相应具体的解决措施及方案,使该企业延期交货、库存成本过高、原材料供应不及时、成品无法及时入库等问题得到了解决。提高了企业生产效率,最终达到降低企业物流成本的根本目的,使企业获得更大的经济利益并提高在市场中的竞争优势。

China Logistics Development and effective way to reduce the cost of logistics
Abstract
At present, the total cost of logistics and logistics services industry level research still in its initial stage, the cost of logistics is poor. Therefore , combined with our national conditions, China's logistics cost management paper on the status and trends are analyzed, summarized several ways to reduce logistics costs and management methods. By AHP, combined with 5S on-site management and logistics aspects of the theory of knowledge, a joint venture manufacturing production capacity, inventory, production distribution process analysis and research, to find some links of the problems raised appropriate measures and programs to solve specific, so that delayed delivery of the enterprise, inventory costs are too high, not timely supply of raw materials and finished products storage and other issues can not be promptly resolved. Improve production efficiency, reduce logistics costs and ultimately achieving the fundamental purpose, to enable enterprises to gain greater economic benefits and petitive advantage in the market.
