摘要:2,4,’.羟基二苯醚()是市场畅销的一种杀菌剂。本文介绍了HD-244的三种合成工艺,并进行了比较。重点就以2,4-二氯苯酚和3,5-二氯硝基苯为原料的合成工艺进行了研究。该合成工艺包括成盐,醚化,硝基还原,,同时还对合成产品的提纯方法进行了探讨。实验结果表明:成盐与醚化、硝基还原、%、%%,以2,,4,4’-三氯-2’-%(HPLC分析,在不同分析波长九=210、235、254nm条件下),总收率大于30%,产品质量符合美国药典(USP)2000版和汽巴(Ciba)2000版标准。并用红外光谱和质谱对产物结构进行了表征。

Abstract:2,4,4。trichloro一2’一hyaroxydiphenylether(HD一244)is one of the most well—marked germicide and germ three synthesis technologies of HD一244 are introduced pared,The synthesis metIlod from 2,4一dichlomitrobenzen is focally studied,this synthesis technology include forming of salt、etherification、nitro reduction、diazotization、hydrolysis five effects of processing conditions on the product recovery and quality are researched,meantime, purlfy method of final synthesis product is results show that recovery of forming of salt and etherification、nitro reduction、diazotization and hydFolysis is respectively %、%and %.and total recovery of HD一244 according to 2,4一dichlorbenzophenol is over 30%,relative content of product is all over %by HPLC at the different analysis wavelengths 210nm、235nm and 254nm,product es up to criterion of 2000 pharmacopeia(USP)and 2000 Ciba。and molecular structure of the product is determinated by IR and MS.
