居住区规划现状分析与设计
摘要:近年来,我国城市化进程不断加快,人民生活水平日益提高,随着各地居住用地不断增加,居住区绿地的规划和设计备受人们重视。作为城市绿化的一个重要组成部分,居住区绿化对提高居民生活质量、保证居民身心健康至关重要,在某种程度上,它也体现着一个城市的现代化水平。加强居住区绿化建设关键在于合理的规划和设计。本文结合笔者多年经验,对现阶段城市居住区绿地规划和设计的现状和问题进行了简要论述,并且着重分析了居住区绿地规划和设计的改善措施。

abstract: in recent years, china’s urbanization process is accelerating, the people’s living standards are improving the planning and design of the green residential area around the residential land is increasing, much people’s attention. as an ponent of urban greening, greening of residential areas to ensure the residents ‘physical and mental health is essential to improve residents’ quality of life, and, to some extent, it also reflects the level of modernization of a city. strengthen the residential area green building key is proper planning and design. in this paper, the author many years of experience, a brief discussion on the status and problems of this stage urban residential area of green space planning and design, and analyzes the green residential area of planning and design improvements.

引言:总的来说,居住环境是由自然环境、社会环境以及居住者三方面要素所共同构成的一个系统整体,它是人们生存以及日常活动的基本场所。居住区的绿地在降低噪音、净化空气、美化环境等方面发挥了重要作用。近年来,随着城市化水平的不断提高,人民对居住环境有了更高的要求。为了更好地满足人们对这方面的需求,相关单位必须要对居民居住区的绿地进行合理的规划和设计,为人们营造一个舒适良好的居住环境。
