摘要:在今天的工业产品中,可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)已经开始变成实现工业自动化的关键。本文简要说明了有关可编程逻辑控制器的一些基础知识和简单应用,而且还介绍了PLC的自己特色,并重点是放在硬件、软件和组态软件方面进行了简要说明,对它们在工业自动化中的典型应用、目前的科学发展趋势也作了介绍。自动售货机在我国将会有辽阔的进步前景,文中阐述了自动无人售货机的进步历史和情况。在本次的毕业设计里,我翻阅了大量资料,以西门子S7-300PLC原理为根本设计出来的自动无人售货机系统。依据自动无人售货机的工作模式,把其中一次的交易过程分为:早期运作前的清零过程、投掷货币的过程、价格对比的过程、选择货物的过程、退还货币过程。利用梯形图编制各个过程程序,完成了设计的根本要求。
