【摘要】目的:现阶段针对复发性口腔溃疡的临床治疗方案众多,木研宄
着重对康复新液在复发性U腔溃疡治疗时其临床疗效进行探究。方法:治疗组(A 组)志愿者外敷浸润了康复新液的脱脂棉;对照组(B组)志愿者外敷青吹口散,
A和B两组均每隔6h进行一次药物外敷治疗共敷药12次,并于用药后30min内进行禁水、禁食,且在参与研究的整个用药期间完全禁用其他U腔溃疡治疗性药物。结果:通过为期3天的治疗后两组均未出现任何不良反应。%,与之对比的是对照组的总有效率仅为 %,且A、B两组间的差异为显著性差异(P<)o结论:在治疗复发性口腔溃疡时康复新液只有确切疗效且可以保障安全有效,从而更易被患者接受, 值得广大医师在临床应用中进行推广应用。
