为了满足工业要求和高效节能的目的,在对交流电机进行转速调节上采用高功能性v/f控制的西门子通用型变频器MM440,在对电机的启动,调速和制动的特性上此变频器显现吃独特的优势,并且在实际工业保护中足以满足工业要求。系统中采用可编程控制器对数据进行采集和根据要求对变频器、电机等设备进行控制,求共同实现变频调速。
本课题是用可编程序控制器和变频器控制交流电动机工作,由交流电动机带动流水线工作台运行,其运行转速按一定规律变化,并可在自动运行、单速运行及调整维护三种状态下进行切换。
