企业物流外包供应商选择研究
[摘要]近年来物流外包越来越被被学术界和企业界所重视,企业认识到物流外包的好处纷纷进行物流外包,物流外包成为企业物流活动的新趋势。然而在外包的大趋势中很多企业物流外包以失败而告终。本文从物流服务的需求方的角度出发,通过物流外包理论分析,同时结合选择第三方物流供应商的实务和案例,理论联系实际,使企业明确物流外包的含义及外包成功的基本原则,能够有效的识别选择第三方供应商过程中可能会造成外包失败的风险,给正在准备实施物流外包和选择外包供应商的企业提供了思路。本文中对物流外包合作伙伴的选择的流程、层次分析法选择第三方物流供应商等内容的分析讨论是本文的重点部分,相信也会对企业提供一些有益的借鉴。
