临空经济发展状况评价与发展阶段判定研究

摘要:随着经济的发展和航空业的进步,许多国家和地区从战略高度上进一步认识到了大力推进临空经济发展的重要
性。在归纳总结现有研究成果的基础上,对临空经济的内涵进行了清晰界定。在对临空经济形成清晰认识的前提下,为了能够
准确反映临空经济发展状况,构建了临空经济发展状况评价指标体系,并提出了相应的定性与定量相结合的综合评价方法与发
展阶段判定方法。最后,选取我国7个主要的临空经济区,对其发展状况进行了实证研究。

Study on the Development Evaluation and Phase Judgment of the Airport Economy

Abstract: With the economy and the aviation industry development, the importance of developing the airport economy has been
recognized by more and more countries and areas. The existing study fruits were summarized and the airport economy was defined
firstly. Based on the understanding to the airport economy deeply, the development evaluation index system was set up which included
four first-degree indexes, eight second-degree indexes and twenty three third-degree indexes in order to reflect the airport economy
development status. The evaluation and the phase judgment methods were given out accordingly based on the assemble weight and
matter-element method. Finally, 7 major airport economy areas were chosen to evaluate their status and determine their development
