摘要目的:观察冠心病患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9水平变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法:选择2013年3月-2014年3月收治冠心病患者89例为观察组,同期在我院进行健康体检的未患有心脏病的正常人89例为对照组,比较两组血清MMP-9水平。结果:观察组血清MMP-±,对照组血清MMP-9水平(±)μg/L,观察组血清MMP-9水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:血清MMP-9水平可早期诊断冠心病。
