思他宁联合手术治疗结肠癌合并肠梗阻的效果及临床意义
[摘要] 目的分析思他宁联合手术治疗结肠癌合并肠梗阻的效果和临床意义,以供参考。方法选择2011年3月~2013年2月西安医学院第二附属医院收治的结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者93例为研究对象,所有患者均接受手术治疗。根据就诊顺序奇偶数法分为对照组(n=47)和实验组(n=46),对照组患者接受常规治疗,实验组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予思他宁治疗。比较两组术后并发症发生情况及体液免疫水平。结果实验组患者术后并发症发生率(%)明显低于对照组(%);实验组IgM、IgA、Ig***平[(±)、(±)、(±)g/L]均高于对照组[(±)、(±)、(±)g/L],差异均有统计学意义(P < )。结论思他宁联合手术治疗结肠癌合并肠梗阻可明显改善患者机体免疫功能,减少术后并发症,有利于患者的康复。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effects and clinical significance of Stilamin and operation in the treatment of colon cancer and intestinal obstruction, and offer the reference.
