中医药的一大特色“调节整体、改善局部”

摘要:整体观的运用体现在证概括了产生疾病的各方面因素和条件,并参考不同体质,辨证施治通过调节整体而改善局部病变,是中医学整体观具体运用,形成了中医药的一大特色。根据中医辨证,分别采用活血化瘀药、清热解毒药、芳香温通药、温补肾阳药对冠心病介入治疗后再狭窄、过度炎症反应、冠心病血管内皮损伤、肾上腺皮质功能降低等局部的病变有显著改善作用,从而体现了中医这一特色。
Abstract Holistic conception reflects that “Syndrome” is based on consideration of all aspects related to disease and different constitutions. “Selection of treatment according to differential syndrome” featured by improvement of local disease through regulating holistic function is practical application of holistic conception and an outstanding feature. According to differential syndrome theory, restenosis post-PTCA, excessive inflammation, vascular endothelial injury in coronary artery disease and hypoadrenocortical function can be improved by promoting blood drug, clearing heat and toxic material drug, aromatics for eliminating cold-phlegm and kidney-tonifying drug, which fully demonstrates the feature of traditional Chinese medicine.
中医学的基本特点是把人体看做一个整体,人与自然界又是一个整体,这种内外环境的统一性,都称之为整体观。辨证论治则是中医的又一特点,证是概括了产生疾病的各方面因素和条件,结合不同体质而形成,这里体现了整体观的运用,也是中医的精华。所以通过调节整体而改善局部病变,就是中医药的一大特色,试举实例以说明。
