摘要
目的:探讨产褥期孕产妇发生的心理问题及其影响因素,观察产褥期心理干预对降低产后抑郁症发生率的影响。方法:将郑州市妇幼保健院产科建卡孕产妇478例随机分为干预组265例与对照组213例,两组均接受护士的常规心理护理,出院时给予出院指导及健康教育。此外,干预组在整个产褥期还接受研究者根据心理研究模式给予的心理干预。结果:通过心理干预的孕产妇发病率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<) 。结论:实施心理干预模式能有效改善孕产妇在产褥期的抑郁焦虑情绪,帮助其渡过产后的情绪不稳定阶段,减少产后抑郁症的发生。

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the puerperium maternal psychological problems and their influencing factors, observed puerperal psychological intervention to reduce the incidence of postpartum depression. Methods: 478 cases of maternal obstetrical the cards of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zhengzhou City, were randomly divided into 213 cases of 265 cases in the intervention group and control group, both groups received conventional psychological care nurse discharge for discharge guidance and health education. In addition, the intervention group throughout the puerperium also receive psychological intervention given by the researchers based on psychological research models. Results: The psychological intervention of maternal morbidity is significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P <). Conclusion: The psychological intervention can effectively improve maternal depression in puerperium anxiety, emotional instability to help them through the post-natal stage, reduce the incidence of postpartum depression.

随着围产医学的发展,孕产妇的心理保健已成为围产保健中一个不可忽视的部分,妊娠虽然是发育年龄妇女一种正常、自然的生理现象但,对孕妇来说,毕竟是一次巨大的心理变化和心理应激过程,她们在经历怀孕、分娩,产后恢复及哺乳等一系列生理过程中,会产生各种心理、,而负性心理反应会使心理活动失衡,导致神经活动和内分泌失调,不通程度的影响妊娠结局及母儿的安危。
