浅议中小企业人才流失的主要原因及对策
——以NTYX有限公司为例
摘要:中小企业是我国国民经济中最活跃、最具潜力的经济成分,中小企业的发展对我国经济增长具有极其重要的意义。市场经济条件下,人才是企业发展不可或缺的重要因素,尤其是中小企业,但目前我国中小企业的人员流动过于频繁,人才流失现象严重,这可能对中小企业的发展造成致命的威胁。如何留住核心人才提高中小企业的核心竞争力,是摆在中小企业面前紧迫而又现实的课题。本文对一个典型的中小企业NTYX进行探讨,研究了NTYX人才流失的原因,对NTYX人才流失的现状,影响及原因进行深入分析,探寻有效控制中小企业人才流失的措施,以期更好地保障和促进中小企业的健康快速的发展。

Abstract:Small and medium-sized enterprises are the most active and ponents in the national economy, so supporting SEMs plays a significant role in the development of our economy. Under the circumstance of market-oriented economy, talented people is indispensible factor for the development of enterprises, especially for SMEs. However, the facts that high level of turnover and serious brain drain are likely to pose a fatal threat to the survival of SEMs. Hence, how to keep the core talents and how to improve their petence are the pressing and practical issues that SEMs are confronting. In this article, I plan to set NTYX as an example and study the reason why the brain drain is serious. In addition, i will conduct a profound analysis of the current situation, effect and reason of brain drain, and try to find effective measures to put it under control in order to push SEMs develop in a more healthy and rapid way.
