我国创业投资对中小民营企业发展的问题研究

摘要:我国有近90%的企业为中小型民营企业,而如今,创业投资对中小民营企业特别是科技型民营企业发展的促进作用得到国外学者的一致认可,在国内越来越多的学者和研究者也日益认识到其积极作用,并通过对国内中小民营企业的大量研究与分析进行了详细充分的论证。但我国的创业投资行业还处于起步阶段,在发展过程中必然存在着一系列的问题。这些问题的存在阻碍了我国创业投资的进一步发展。必须将这些问题解决才能更好的发挥创业投资对民营企业的促进作用。而结合实例且通过对比分析而把这些关键的问题一一指出,并进行分析研究,进而找出解决这些问题的方法。这样可以更好的指导和促进该行业对我国中小民营企业发展的积极作用。

Abstract: The nearly 90% of enterprises in our country for small and medium-sized private enterprises, and now, venture capital for small and medium-sized private enterprises, especially science and technology and promoting roles in the development of private enterprises by foreign scholars agree, in China, more and more scholars and researchers are increasingly recognized its positive role, and through to the domestic small and medium-sized private enterprises a lot of research and analysis in detail case well. But the venture capital industry in our country is still in its infancy, in the process of development there are a series of problems inevitably. The presence of these problems hindered the further development of venture investment in our country. These problems must be solve to better give play to the role of venture capital for the promotion of private enterprises. bined with the examples and through parative analysis and the key to the issue one by one, according to analysis and research, and then find out the ways to solve these problems. So that we can better guide and promote the industry to our country small and medium-sized private enterprises development positive role.
