摘要
淮河流域是我国重要的农业产区,流域内70%以上的人口生活在农村。淮河流域是洪涝灾害的频发区、农业面源污染,农村生活污染严重、水土流失现象突出。淮河流域人口密度大,第一产业比重大,农业生态环境问题十分突出,环境保护的任务艰巨而繁重。如果不解决好农业污染问题,洪涝灾害等环境问题,重点流域的环境质量乃至全区域的环境状况就难以得到根本好转。找出淮河流域农业生态环境面临的突出问题,寻求农业发展中的治理策略,是淮河流域必须面
对的重大问题。

ABSTRACT
The population density of the Huaihe river is very big. The Huaihe river agricultural ecological problems also e more and more serious. How to aim at the Huaihe river basin of the agricultural ecological environment problems ,this paper discuss the strategy to solve also e the hot topical. In this paper the Huaihe river basin of specific agricultural ecological environment, puts forward specific solutions and strategies. Because all kinds of natural and human factors, makes the Huaihe river basin of the agricultural environment problems are ing more and more outstanding. This paper studies the problems also has the very strong practicality and possibility.
