摘要
本文说明了汽车覆盖件4制件设计及塑料模具设计的全过程。制件、模具零部件造型全部用UG软件完成。在对制件分析的基础上完成了方案的选择,工艺及尺寸计算,完成了模具零部件装配,同时考虑了零部件的加工。设计中加入嵌件,斜滑杆等模具特有的一些结构。模具分为两次分型,分别在中间板上下面进行分型。第一次分型取出凝料,完成凹模的侧向抽芯。第二次分型在完成塑料件底部侧孔的同时顶出塑件。静模部分的侧抽芯靠斜导柱来完成,斜导柱带动固定在中间板上的滑块进行抽芯,制作出零件的管桶部分;动模部分的侧抽芯通过斜滑杆来完成,当斜滑杆充当顶杆向上推出塑件时,由于斜度的作用,斜滑杆同时水平方向平移一个距离,即为侧向抽芯距,它们用来完成零件底部的侧孔。

Abstract
In this paper, it is illustrated automobile ponents ——4 plastic mold design program. All of the manufactures, subassembly were sculpted by UG software. Based on the analyses of manufacture, the project was chosen, the techniques and dimension was accounted, and the assemblage of mold subassembly was finished. The machining problems were calculated. Inset parts, oblique-glide-pole were joined in the mold. The die is depart into two times, which is depart at the above and below of the middle plate. The first discretion made the plastic condensate separate from the die, finish the lateral core pulling of pletion die. The second discretion is finishing the bottom side of the hole, at the same time putting out the plastic part. The side core which in the staying part of the die is drive by slanting oriented pole, the slanting oriented pole bring the side-core machine of the middle sub-plate moving to take out the core, then molding the barrel of the part; pulling the core of the convex die is by oblique-glide-pole. The oblique-glide-pole as a pusher to push up the plastic part, because of the role of the pitch, at the same time the oblique-glide-pole move a distance which is the core pulling distance from the lateral, with these to finish the side hole which on the bottom of the plastic part.
