摘要
PLC是以计算机技术为核心的通用自动控制装置,也可以说它是一种用程序来改变控制功能的计算机。随着微处理器、计算机和通信技术的飞速发展, PLC已在工业中的得到广泛的应用。论文以饮料厂多种配方的液体自动混合控制为例,利用PLC的强大功能,对多配方的液体进行了自动控制设计,以液体混合控制系统为中心,从控制系统的硬件系统组成、软件选用到系统的设计过程均作了详细阐述,液体混合系统的控制设计考虑到其动作的衔接性以及被控制设备之间的相互关联性,根据不同的工作状态,进行定时的动作控制输出,从而实现液体的输入,混合,输出这样一个周期控制的工作程序。以液体混合控制系统为中心,进行方案的选择,硬件设计,软件设计,以及系统的调试等等。

Abstract
