摘要
本文介绍了动力式传动辊台的种类及特点,论述了该工作装置的开发背景、发展方向,并对其工作装置进行了详细的设计。其中主要包括输送辊台、机动转台两部分的设计;同时也对机动转台的驱动装置、转向机构、液压升降系统总体结构等进行了机械结构设计并确定了参数。
该设备是一种用途广泛的连续输送设备,除具有结构简单、运转可靠、维护方便、经济、节能等优点外,其最突出的特点就是它与生产工艺过程能较好地衔接和配套,并且功能具有多样性,可与其它设备组成比较完整的生产线、装配线。本次设计的目的就是要使该装置实现平面内全自动化的输送,以便更好的将其应用于生产中。

Abstract
This paper introduced the type and characteristic of conveying roller-table, and elaborated the development background and the development direction of the equipment. Besides, it made a detailed design to the work installment. The design mainly included two parts, the transmission roller-table and the power feed rotary table. And it means to make determination of the overall structure and the parameter about the power feed rotary table drive, rotation mechanism, the hydraulic pressure jacking system.
This equipment is one kind of versatility conveying equipment, it has advantages such as simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance, economy, energy-saving ,the most prominent of which is that the conveying roller-table and the production process can be joined and matched well. And the function is variable. Combined to other equipment, it pose plete production lines and assembly line. The goal of this design is to plish the automatic transportation, which make the equipment be applied to the production better.
