摘要 探索了瑜伽和健美操这两种不同内容、形式和生理负荷的锻炼方法对女大学生健身效果的影响。以健身俱乐部女性会员为研究对象,分别为瑜伽锻炼组和健美操锻炼组,每组为30人。在8周的规律性锻炼前后,分别对2组研究对象的身高、体重、身体成分、腰围、腰臀比、BMI、肺活量、台阶指数、体前屈、单足立、纵跳和立定跳远进行测定与比较。研究结果表明:8周锻炼后瑜伽组练****者的体脂率、BMI、腰围、腰臀比、柔韧性和平衡能力的改善有显著意义;健美操组练****者的脂肪含量、瘦体重、BMI、肺活量和台阶指数的改善有显著差异。结果表明:瑜伽和健美操这两项锻炼手段各有优势,健美操更着重在机能指标的改善,而瑜伽则更着重在形体指标的改善。 关键词:瑜伽;健美操;女大学生;健身作用 Abstract This paper explores the yoga and calisthenics the two different content, form and physiological load of exercise on female college students' fitness Women fitness of club member for research object, Yoga group and respectively aerobics training group, each group of 30 nine weeks before and after exercise regularly, 2 groups respectively on the height Weight position waistline waist-hip ratio BMI vital capacity steps index Flexor single foot made whole Longitudinal jump and standing long jump parison were results of the study show that: Nine weeks after exercise yoga group practitioner of body fat rate BMI waistline Waist-hip ratio improve flexibility and balance ability are significant ;Aerobic exercise group practitioner of fat content lean body mass BMI Vital capacity and improve steps index are results indicated that: Aerobics and yoga this two exercise means each have an advantage, Aerobics in function index more emphatically improve, But the yoga is more emphasis on form index improvement.
