摘要
H13钢是一种用途广泛的钨系热作模具钢,%左右,属于过共析钢,,硬度,耐磨性,和疲劳强度等性能与碳化物的形态,大小以及分布有关,通常H13钢的常规等温退火处理先是保温,然后炉冷再空冷,退火后的组织为球状珠光体和少量的粒状碳化物,可以获得的硬度为210HBS左右,但该处理工艺周期较长,耗能较多,效率低,而且很难在基体上获得粒度小,分布均匀的碳化物,而采用电脉冲球化退火处理后的H13钢效果比较明显,结果表明,新工艺提高了球化速度,球化时间与常规处理的球化时间相比,大大缩短,而且碳化物颗粒细小均匀,球化效果好,硬度适当,比常规退火处理后的硬度低,组织也分布均匀.
