三维电极电解法处理含铅废水
[摘要]研究了电沉积法处理低浓度酸性含铅工业模拟废水的工艺条件,并对各种影响因素进行了研究和分析。结果表明:电极材料、电解槽的极距、槽压等对电沉积效率及深度净化效果均有较大影响。以泡沫铜为阴极材料的三维电极,在零极距、槽压4 V 条件下,Pb2+去除率(回收率)可达85%,明显优于以不锈钢板为阴极的二维电极的34%。

Treatment of lead-containing wastewater by three dimensional electrode electrolysis method

Abstract:The processing conditions of treating industrial simulated acidic lead-containing wastewater with light concentration by electrodeposit method has been studied,and various influencing factors have been investigated and analyzed. The results show that all of electrode material,polarity distance of electrobath,voltage of cell,etc. possess great influence on electrodeposite efficiency and deep elimination of lead ions. Three-dimensional electrode-foam copper is used as cathode,under the conditions of almost zero polarity distance between cathode and anode and 4 V cell voltage,the removing rate (recovery rate) of Pb2+can reach 85%,which is much better than the 34% removing rate achieved by two dimensional cathode-stainless steel board.

在电池生产过程中产生大量的含铅废水,铅含量超出国家标准百倍〔1〕,对地下水源构成很大威胁。如果不处理而任意排放,必然给环境与社会带来极大的危害。人们已经开展了广泛的含铅废水的处理方法研究〔2〕。早期的电解法处理重金属离子废水对设备腐蚀严重,电能消耗大,推广应用困难,因而逐渐被其他方法取代。20 世纪80 年代,随着人们对资源紧缺认识的逐渐加深,电解法重新引起了人们的重视,而
