摘要
中部地区在我国具有重要的战略地位,发展中部经济意义重大,目前关于它的发展问题已经有了国家的宏观政策。在国内多个经济区域先后成为外商投资热点的时候,中部地区的发展也迎来了新的发展机遇。中部地区外资的引进在一定程度上可以弥补中部地区存在的“技术缺口”和“资金缺口”,有利于中部地区技术水平和经济水平的提高,但不容忽视的是在吸引外资的过程中存在着诸多问题。
本文首先对我国中部地区引进外资的现状进行了分析,结合在新形势下我国中部地区吸收外商投资的机遇,并从投资观念、国家政策、资源利用、区域人才、科研投入和后发劣势等几个方面分析了中部地区吸收外商投资存在问题的原因,最后结合其原因,提出了我国中部地区吸收外商投资的对策建议。

Abstract
The Central Region has been standing in a significant strategic position in our country. Since it is of great importance to promote the development of economy in this region, at present the government has made macroscopic policies in regards to its growth. With multiple economic areas ing hotspots to bring in foreign investment essively, the Central Region is supposed to meet new opportunity to push forward its development as well. The import of the foreign investment would partly offset the existing defects of its “technical gap” and “financial deficit”, which will be beneficial to the improvement of its technical and economical level. However, what should not be ignored is that many issues need to be considered in the process of attracting foreign investment.
Firstly, this thesis will analyze the current situation of the import of foreign investment in the Central Region. bined with the opportunities we meet during the process of absorbing foreign investment under new circumstances, it will elaborate the existing reasons from the aspects of the view of investment, national policy, resource utilization, regional talent, scientific research investment and late inferior position. Combined with these reasons, it will put forward the countermeasure proposal of the absorption of foreign investment.
