摘要
近年来,项目管理在项目进行中越来越重要,人们也越来越认识到它的重要性。
对于项目管理研究成果非常丰硕,应用也非常广泛。但是随着社会不断发展,越来
越多的出现了很多大型项目,甚至超大型项目,这些项目同属于一个企业,不但地
理位置相距甚远,而且属于不同的项目团队,但是它们在很多资源方面又要实现共
享,这就使得多项目物流管理的研究越来越具有实际意义。
基于当今多项目的前提,本文对多项目条件下的物流管理进行了详细的分析,
从根据工期预测需求,到根据需求汇总采购执行以及多项目间的资源调拨,里面适
当加入了部分工期不确定性以及多项目的理论方法。同时针对二滩水电开发有限责
任公司目前在雅砻江流域上面进行的梯级水电多项目开发业务过程进行具体的分
析。在业务分析的基础上,对物流信息系统进行设计与实现,其设计中充分考虑到
多项目的背景,在系统的实现中也是基于解决多项目条件下的资源协调问题为主要
考虑因素。
随着项目投入使用和后期开发的不断深入,系统已经在实践中发挥了重要的作
用,首先其在工作流程中大大减少了业务操作人员的工作量,其次是规范了各项目
间以前不太相同的业务流程,而且在解决跨地域中多项目的统计和决策问题给企业
提供了很大的帮助,越来越展示出其在多项目管理中的优势。

Abstract
In recent years, the increasing importance of project management has been more
recognized by people and the plentiful results of project management research have been
widely applied. With the constant development of society, a lot of large scale projects,
even ultra-large projects have emerged. Although these projects with long distance
between each other belong to different project team, they are in the possession of a single
enterprise and subject to a resource-sharing system. Therefore, the research on the
multi-project physical distribution management has gained more and more practical
significance.
Based on the multi-project premise, this paper has conducted detailed analysis of
physical distribution management under the multi-project condition, including demand
forecast on time basis, collection of purchase orders on demand basis and allocation of
resources among multiple projects. Partial time uncertainty and the multi-project
theoretical method have also been included in the analysis. This paper also analyzes the
stave water and electricity multi-project development service process which is carried out
by Ertan Hydropower Development Co. Ltd. on the Yalong River basin at present. On the
